Nouilles KungFu (Laval) 功夫拉面 – Authentic Handmade Shanxi & Chinese Noodles in Laval, QC

This is the most authentic Shanxi “Youpo” noodles I’ve ever had! The noodles are wide, chewy, and perfectly cooked, soaking up all the fragrant chili oil. The chili is aromatic but not overpowering, with garlic and scallion blending beautifully. Every bite is full of flavor and satisfaction. The portions are generous, the price is reasonable, and you’ll walk away with a big smile. A must-try for any noodle lover!

Had a very good meal of noodles. They make their own noodles from scratch and it shows as they are delicious. You can even hear or watch the guy smack that big thing of dough in the kitchen. Prices are decent and the service was very good and fast. Polite people. Clean establishment. Although the noodles were excellent, I thought that the wontons served as appetizers were average to say the most. And the dipping sauce has a vinegar taste that is way too strong. It’s not balanced well with salt and sugar. Perhaps it is the regional cuisine flavour, but it didn’t suit my tastebuds. I would be curious to try their other offerings on the menu, that will be for next time.

Visited 1 time. Parking available. Place was clean and staffs welcoming. They did their best even with some language barrier Menu can be a little confusing specially choosing the noodle thickness. I personally had the spicy dan dan noodle and they were good. As for people accompanying me, they weren't very impressed with their selection specially the one with chicken. I would recommend the dan dan though, was really nice Found it not spicy at all though. Will surely visit again!

We arrived right before closing. The lady was so nice with us and let us in! The food was delicious! I got double wide, it was just perfect! I’d recommend to anyone that enjoys Chinese cuisine. Very yummy yummy in my tummy Would come again for sure

Wow. If you are looking for fresh made noodles don't want to go far away and plenty of parking.. don't go anywhere, it's the place to eat. The broth is authentic and no powder made one plus plenty of choices. If you try you'll be back in no time. Thanks again to this place for the best braised beef noodles and very good Lanzhou noodles.

Noodles are good, meat is not good at all. Tough and chewy. Sweet potatoes fries were good. The pork noodles were so bad, the sauce was burnt and there were tiny pieces of dry pork inside, we just left the whole bowl, none of us liked.

Fresh pulled egg noodles for certain styles and sizes. Less options when you don't eat spicy. Generous portion. I ordered extra fine (they might extrude those) and shared with another person. The price is right for the quality/taste. I'll come back to try different dishes.

Excellent Shaanxi food! We loved the noodles, super chewy and fresh. The edamames and pickled mustard greens were perfect as an appetizer. Great discovery in Laval!
